People can now register their grievances at the local government offices from Saturday under the Mee Kosam project, instead of turning up to weekly grievance cell that is being held at the Collectorate every Monday.
Krishna District Collector Babu. A here on Friday issued guidelines to the officials including the Mandal Development Officers, revenue and other respective officials to register grievances from the people at their local offices itself.
“Now, the people have to rush to the weekly grievance cell from far way places. The Mee Kosam project will help solve the grievances by the respective officers,” said Mr. Babu.
The government officials have also been asked to set up a special Mee Kosam cell in every office, apart from entertaining verbal complaints from the public.
