Actor Nandamuri Balakrishna has denied that he has any differences with actor and his brother Harikrishna’s son Junior NTR. In a brief chat with the media at the airport on Friday, he said he had no information about the finale of TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu’s padayatra, “Let’s see,” was all he would say on whether he would participate in the padayatra “Vastunna Mee Kosam.”
Overenthusiastic
The comment on difference with Junior NTR assume significance in the wake of reports that he had asked TDP cadres not to be overenthusiastic about the latter’s visit to Vijayawada last week.
Balakrishna said he would participate in the unveiling of the statues of his father and TDP founder NTR in Payakaraopeta constituency on Saturday. Before that he would visit Talupulammlova in East Godavarai district to worship goddess Talupulamma.
Balakrishna who arrived on a two-day visit here drove to a city hotel from the airport.
The actor was welcomed, among others by former minister and TDP State vice-president Bandaru Satyanarayana Murthy, Visakhapatnam East MLA V. Ramakrishbabu, TDP rural district president Dadi Ratnakar, Urban president Vasupalli Ganesh Kumar and party leader Harshavardhan.
According to a TDP leader, he will leave Park Hotel for Talupulammalova at 8:30 a.m. He will visit Talupulammalova at 10 a.m.
Public meeting
He will unveil the statues of NTR at Anakampeta (4.30 p.m.), Kandipudi (5 p.m.), Rajagopalapuram (5.30 p.m.) and address a public meeting at Kumarapuram at 6 p.m.
