‘KCR did nothing when PV was humiliated’
Taking off from where he left on Tuesday, Telugu Desam president N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday declared that he was prepared for a debate with TRS chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao on any aspect from his personal conduct to development of Telangana.
He told the press that he was not going to be browbeaten by Mr. Rao’s threats and was prepared to respond and counter all his charges.
“Let him show one asset possessed by me in an illegal manner. I can transfer it to his name instantly,” he said, reiterating that Mr. Rao did nothing for the region.
Mr. Rao did not utter a word when the former Prime Minister, P. V. Narasimha Rao, who hailed from Telangana was humiliated by AICC president Sonia Gandhi, who did not allow his cremation and a memorial for him in Delhi, Mr. Naidu recalled.
