Stressing the need for minimising the use of plastic during the three-day Kakinada Beach Festival scheduled to begin on December 19, East Godavari district Collector Kartikeya Misra on Wednesday called upon the officials of different departments to work in close coordination, to ensure the event a grand success. “A command control room will be set up at Harita Beach Resorts,” he said.
