Lokesh asks cadre to play it cool

: Telugu Desam Party general secretary Nara Lokesh has described the main Opposition YSR Congress as “anti-Andhra Pradesh.” He said YSR Congress president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy was “evil minded” as was evident from the Anantapur incident. The response comes in the light of abusive comments reportedly made by the Opposition leader who is on a three-day visit to Anantapur district, against TDP president and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Mr. Lokesh, in his tweets to the party cadre, cautioned them that they (the main Opposition) would try and instigate people. The party leaders and cadre should, however, not resort to extremes and maintain restraint. “Let’s focus our energies on the development of the State,” he said.
