Data pertaining to 5.12 crore land records belonging to 80 lakh farmers ihad been updated and uploaded on Mee Bhoomi portal, said Deputy Chief Minister K.E. Krishnamurthy on Saturday.
The government launched the third phase of ‘Mee Intiki Mee Bhoomi’ from Saturday to July 22 as complaints were being received despite disposal of 94,700 of the 1.07 lakh representations on land issues, Mr. Krishnamurthy said in the ‘Mee Intiki Mee Bhoomi’ revenue sadassu at the R&B guest house at Pathikonda in Kurnool district. He advised tahsildars to dispose of representations with accountability.
‘E-crop introduced’
Agricultural fields of every farmer would be recorded on the Mee Bhoomi portal in Telugu for the comprehension of ryots, he said.
A committee headed by the Joint Collector would examine and rectify the data if aggrieved farmers submitted applications in Form B, the Deputy Chief Minister said.
E-crop was introduced to ensure that farmers were not subjected to crop loss owing to nature’s vagaries and they would be provided succour by considering the crop sown, its yield and crop loss. He assured of sale of land allotted to ex-servicemen a decade after allotment.
He directed setting up of help desks in the tahsildar offices.
District Collector S. Satyanarayana asked farmers to check their land extent on the Mee Bhoomi portal and get any disparities rectified.
Mandal officials would resolve the farmers’ grievances by examining about 20 land-related records.
He gave a power point presentation to enlighten farmers on ways to see the land extent of any farmer.
Joint Collector Prasanna Venkatesh, Kurnool Revenue Divisional Officer Hussain Saheb, Adoni RDO Obulesu, Srisailam Project Special collector Subba Reddy, Salivahana Corporation chairman T. Nagendra, ZPTC and MPTC members of Pathikonda, Tuggali, Veldurthi and Krishnagiri mandals were present.
