Jagan denied permission to go to Bangalore

September 02, 2014 12:03 am | Updated April 20, 2016 04:06 am IST - HYDERABAD:

A CBI court on Monday rejected the plea of YSR Congress president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy to visit Bangalore on the ground that he failed to furnish the timeframe of his tour.

Now that Jagan had sought the permission without specifying the time limit, the court said it could not be granted as a permanent relief.

The court reminded him that he had been getting the permission in the past whenever he applied for a specific period of time.
