YSR Congress president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy continued his road show in Cheepurupalli constituency on Sunday morning and entered Gajapathingaram Assembly constituency in the evening. On the third day of his tour to the district, Mr. Jagan announced Bellana Chandrasekhar, former Zilla Parishad Chairperson and a close confident of former PCC president Botcha Satyanarayana, as the YSRC candidate for Cheepurupalli Assembly constituency. Mr. Chandrasekhar joined the YSRC recently.
In the morning, on the way to Gajapathingaram via Garbham and Pedamanapuram villages, Mr. Jagan mingled with crowds and greeted them. Owing to scorching sun, the turnout of people to Mr. Jagan’s road show was thin and he did not address any wayside meetings.
