YSR Congress president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy on Tuesday visited the Nellore district and he called on the family members of mountaineer Malli Masthan Babu, at the Gandhi Jana Sangham in Sangam area here.
Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy garlanded a portrait of the mountaineer and paid tributes to him. He consoled the mountaineer’s family members who have been waiting for the arrival of the body for the past few days.
Accompanied by Nellore MP Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy and other senior leaders, Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy visited the native place of the mountaineer.
He said Masthan Babu had brought widespread recognition to the country with his achievements.
