Jagan cases postponed to May 16

Several accused persons in the ten quid pro quo investments cases against Kadapa MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy and others appeared before the Principal Special Court for CBI Cases here on Friday. The court postponed all the cases to May 16.

Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy, Dharmana Prasada Rao, P. Sabitha Indra Reddy, J. Geetha Reddy, Mopidevi Venkataramana, A. Ayodhya Rami Reddy, N. Srinivasan and several others did not attend the court citing elections and other reasons for their absence. Those who attended include IAS officers B.P. Acharya and Manmohan Singh, V. Vijay Sai Reddy, Nimmagadda Prasad, K. Nityananda Reddy and others.
