With the hectic election campaign in the Seemandhra districts coming to an end, leaders of various political parties are making a beeline to the temple town of Lord Venkateswara seeking the blessings of the presiding deity.

Prominent among those who offered prayers at the hill temple on Tuesday include Nara Lokesh, former Minister and Rajampeta Lok Sabha BJP contestant Daggubati Purandeswari couple, actor-turned-politician Roja and Rajampeta MLA contestant Amarnatha Reddy.
