‘It is not fair to obstruct yatras of individuals’

June 02, 2010 06:33 pm | Updated November 09, 2016 02:29 pm IST - VIZIANAGARAM:

D. Purandeswari, Union Minister of State for Human Resources, has said that it is not proper for anyone to obstruct ‘yatras' of individuals in the State. “Every one has right to travel anywhere in the country,” she has felt.

Talking to media persons at the R&B Guest House here on Tuesday, she said it would have been better had Kadapa MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy obtained permission from the high command for his ‘odarpu yatra'.

She refused make any comment on the demand of some Congress leaders for suspension of Mr. Jagan from the party.
