Justice Nooty Rama Mohan Rao of the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Thursday directed the police authorities to submit their status report regarding the criminal case registered against former Minister Danam Nagender.
Set up probe team In his petition, Tirupati Varma alleged that the police failed to take action against Mr. Nagender and sought the constitution of a special investigation team to look into the cases.
Justice Nooty Rama Mohan Rao adjourned the case till Monday, while asking the police to submit the status report.
