Minister for Infrastructure and Investments Ganta Srinivasa Rao has accused TRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao of politicising the Telangana issue with an eye on next year’s elections.

Speaking to reporters here on Saturday, he questioned why KCR had given a call for ‘Chalo Assembly’ and Telangana bandh when the Centre was trying to find a solution to the sensitive issue by consulting all sections.

Mr. Rao said KCR should stop his ‘farmhouse politics’ and praised the leadership of Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy for tackling the ‘Chalo Assembly’ march and bandh called by TRS effectively.
