Free health camp held

As a part of the 55th National Pharmacy Week celebrations Raghu College of Pharmacy conducted a free health and eye check-up camp at Sunkaripeta in Vizianagaram district on Friday.

Around 125 persons were examined and 45 of them were prescribed spectacles, and the college would arrange contract surgeries for 21. Chairman of Raghu institutions K. Raghu, director Rahul Varma, and Principal Jagadeesh Panda conducted the programme. Later, general physician K. Vasudha gave a talk on diabetes.

Sujana College of Pharmacy too celebrated the week. Chairman, Board of Studies, A.U College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, P. Rajeswara Rao, was chief guest.
