Former Andhra Pradesh DGP V. Dinesh Reddy on Monday joined the YSR Congress and is expected to be fielded in the Lok Sabha elections.
Mr. Reddy joined the YSRC in the presence of its chief Jaganmohan Reddy in Hyderabad.
He said he joined the party to serve the people, having seen the impact of the pro-poor measures implemented by late Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy as Chief Minister.
