Five killed as car hits tractor

Five persons were killed when the speeding car in which they were travelling hit a tractor coming in the opposite direction on the National Highway No. 16 near Prattipadu Padalamma temple on Tuesday evening.

Korati Stotrapathi Raju, a pastor, and his wife Kranthi Kumari Kumari, were returning home to Anaparthy in their car after attending a function in Visakhapatnam along with Sudarshan Kumar, an advocate, Stotrapathi Kumari and Rani when the mishap occurred.
