: BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi has said that dynastic rule is dangerous to democracy and to the nation and it was proved in the 10-year rule of Congress at the Centre.
On a whirlwind tour of Telangana, where he addressed four meetings, Mr. Modi lashed out at the Congress party, its dynastic politics and exposed its omissions and commissions. He did not spare the TRS and said its leaders lacked vision. Actor Pawan Kalyan and TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu shared the dais with him in an attempt to give boost to the TDP-BJP alliance. Mr.Modi later in the night addressed an impressive public meeting in Hyderabad’s Lal Bahadur stadium on Tuesday.
Speaking at Nizamabad, he said: “This election is not an ordinary election but a very crucial one. It is a very good opportunity for the people to elect a good government. Do the Telangana people still want to give power to Congress which took precious lives of 1,200 youth? Telangana has come with no one’s mercy but with the supreme sacrifices of people”.
“Congress is such a doctor that it ensured the safe delivery of baby but killed the mother. What I mean to say is that Congress ensured the passage of the bifurcation Bill but hurt the pride of Telugus. Here the baby is Telangana and mother is Telugu spirit and culture”, he said referring to the procedure adopted by Congress in dealing with the Telangana issue.
