DPS students excel in Olympiads

As many as 34 students of the city’s Delhi Public School have secured ranks in various international and national Olympiads during the academic year 2017-2018.

In a release, the School dean S.B. Rao said that the students of Classes I to XII competed in the International Informatics Olympiad (IIO), International Olympiad of Mathematics (IOM), International Olympiad of English Language (IOEL), International Olympiad of Science (IOS), The International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO), National Science Olympiad (NSO) and Unified Cyber Olympiad (UCO), and secured several ranks.

Mr. Rao said that the school adopted an activity-oriented methodology in classes that aided students in having an autonomous learning experience which in turn helped them stand out.

School’s Pro-Vice Chairman P Narendra Babu, Principal G.Mala, Mr. Rao congratulated the students.
