DIAL and RGIA ranked 2 in different categories

GMR Group led airports-- Delhi International Airport (P) Limited (DIAL) and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) -- have secured the 2 positions in 25-40 Million Passengers Per Annum (MPPA) and 5-15 MPPA categories respectively.

According to a press release here on Tuesday, the two categories were in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) awards announced by the Airports Council International (ACI).

DIAL scored 4.83 on the ASQ scale out of 5 points and has been recognised as the 4 Best Airport in the world amongst 199 participating airports across all categories and 2 Best Airport in its Category in 2012.

I. Prabhakara Rao, CEO-DIAL, said the recognition was a testimony to all employees and partners who had consistently met the expectations of the industry and delivered a memorable experience to customers.

Jaisighani, CEO-GHIAL said, “We are working hard to make RGIA the best airport in the region and are pleased that our perseverance has borne results.”
