The construction sector is poised for a rise in the temple city , if the projections made by the property expo conducted by the Tirupati chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) are any indication.
Property and Build-Tech Expo, which is the CREDAI Tirupati’s property show conducted for the third successive year, was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister N. Chinarajappa, in the presence of Finance Minister Y. Ramakrishnudu, MP (Chittoor) N. Sivaprasad, TUDA Chairman G. Narasimha Yadav, legislator M. Sugunamma and the confederation’s State president A.Siva Reddy.
In addition to stalls for vacant plots and constructed units, there are several stalls dedicated to building materials, sanitaryware and add-ons such as generator sets and lifts.
The organisers have announced attractive prizes and a special gift of 10 gm gold dollar to the lucky among the visitors.
