Court reserves order in TV9 CEO petition

Justice Shiva Sankara Rao of Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday reserved orders in the petition filed by Ravi Prakash CEO of TV9 seeking anticipatory bail.

The petitioner contended that a private complaint has been registered and he is not able to get the appropriate remedy in the surcharged atmosphere at the trial courts. The case was registered after broadcast of bullet news wherein some comments were passed on new legislatures of Telangana State. The judge heard the arguments on behalf of the petitioner the police and reserved orders.
