Former Union Minister Panabaka Lakshmi will lead a relay fast to be organised by the Congress activists here from March 16 to press for grant of special category status for Andhra Pradesh. The stir was to express solidarity with the Congress MPs who would be taking up the demand in Parliament from Monday, party city unit President Sripathi Prakasam told the media here on Sunday. Former Ministers S. Sailajanath and Devineni Rajasekhar would be among those who would lead the protest here till March 20, he added.
