The Meteorological Department on Sunday warned of continuation of cold wave to severe cold wave conditions across the state for next two days.

Some places in Adilabad district recorded 4 degree Celsius temperature-the lowest during this winter.

“Cold wave to severe cold wave conditions would continue to prevail over coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rayalaseema regions during next two nights,” forecast by the Met Department said.

As per the observations recorded at 8.30 am, the minimum temperature significantly fell at one or two places over Telangana and Rayalaseema and fell at many places over coastal Andhra Pradesh.
