CM inaugurates grievance cell

Officials to record every complaint

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated a grievance cell building constructed close to his residence at Undavalli near here on Sunday.

People can submit their petitions, complaints, and grievances at the newly constructed building.

The Chief Minister would attend to the grievances here too, apart from the Secretariat.

The officials would record every compliant and send a SMS to the complainant after addressing the issue. In all, 500 people can sit at the hall.

Municipal Administration Minister P. Narayana, Water Resources Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao, Civil Supplies Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao, Youth Services Minister Kollu Ravindra, Panchayat Raj and IT Minister N. Lokesh, and CRDA Commissioner Ch. Sridhar were present on the occasion.
