Members of three Christian organisations staged a demonstration at the busy Church Centre here on Monday taking strong objection to the contents of ‘The Lost Gospel’ book by Simcha Jacobovici and Barrie A. Wilson.

Leading the protest, members of the All India Trust Christian Council, College Of Bible Technology and Church of Christian said the duo had hurt the sentiments of believers by making unwarranted references to Jesus. According to Bible, Jesus did not marry, maintained AITCC Ongole unit president Ch.Venkateswarulu and Br. E.Babu Rao and Br. N. Lucas and, principals of College of Bible Technology at Ongole and Kanigiri respectively.
