Hours after the Telangana CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao charged the centre of delaying the process of bifurcation of High Court, Union Minister for Law and Justice D.V. Sadananda Gowda contended that New Delhi has not received representation from the State on the subject and it would be cleared within a week after Telangana acts on it. The central Minister, who was here to campaign in support of BJP’s MLC candidate for Mahabubnagar-Ranga Reddy-Hyderabad Graduates’ Constituency N. Ramchander Rao, maintained the State needs to send a formal representation with details of infrastructure for establishing the new HC.
