Autorickshaw rally flagged off to create awareness on voting

Srikakulam administration is leaving no stone unturned to make people vote in the ensuing elections. It has been involving all the sections of the society to give wide publicity about the importance of vote in the democratic process. Srikakulam Collector Saurabh Gaur and Superintendent of Police Navin Gulati on Thursday flagged off a rally with autorickshaws to create awareness about the voting right. Stickers have been pasted on autos informing the election date. The officials expressed happiness over the positive response to the campaign taken up with flexies, posters and pamphlets. Several NGOs were also asked conduct rallies in the district. Mr.Gaur asked youngsters to enrol their names till April 9 and participate in the election process.
