‘Atriratra Homam’ performed

Devi Ashramam conducted ‘Atiratra Lalita Parayana Homam’ on its premises seeking divine blessings for protection of people from cyclones and other natural calamities.

The ‘homam’ which started on Sunday morning continued for 24 hours without interruption. Several devotees of Odisha and other places participated in the ‘homam.’ Ashram head Bala Bhaskara Sarma said that over 3,600 devotees participated. He said that special prayers were offered to a 1001 Srichakra meruvulu in Raja Rajeswari temple.
