The Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) will be launching an air package tour to the temple town of Tirupati in association with the private airline Jet Airways soon.

“The APTDC would sign the agreement with Jet in another 15 days for the air package tour,” Jayesh Ranjan, MD of APTDC, told reporters here.

“We will receive you at the Tirupati airport. We will provide accommodation and take you to the temple. We will arrange a fast track darshan and take you back to the airport,” he added.

The package can be booked either on the website of APTDC or the website of Jet and the price of the package is still being worked out, Mr. Ranjan said.

The APTDC would be launching information and booking centres in Bhubaneswar and Ahmedabad soon, he said.

The Corporation has a total of 12 centres - six in Hyderabad and six outside the state, Mr. Ranjan added.
