APERC invites suggestions on regulations

The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission has decided to adapt all the regulations, directions/orders and all the licences and practice directions issued by the erstwhile regulator of the united Andhra Pradesh.

The Commission issued a public notification stating that it intended to adapt all regulations made by, all decisions, directions or orders of, and all the licences and practice directions issued by the commission in existence as on date of constitution of the separate Electricity Regulatory Commission for AP (Aug 1, 2014). The Commission placed the draft APERC (Adaptation) Regulation, 2014 on its website www.aperc.gov.in.

The public notice has been issued inviting comments and suggestions of all the interested persons / stakeholders in this regard. Comments/suggestions could be sent to the Commission Secretary on or before Nov 20 5 pm to the APERC’s office or through email commn.secy@aperc.gov.in.
