Adikavi Nannaya University on Saturday declared Common Entrance Test (Nannaya CET-2016) results which were conducted on May 10 and 12. As many as 5,923 students took the test.

University Vice-Chancellor M. Mutyala Naidu and Registrar E.N. Dhanunjaya Rao along with Director of Academics A. Mattareddy, Assistant Directors K.V. Swamy and T. Hemalatha released the results. There are 6,538 seats in 69 post-graduate colleges and 282 seats in science courses and 240 seats in arts courses in University Campus College.

The Vice-Chancellor said counselling would be held from May 24 at Aditya Degree College, Kakinada, Government Degree College, Rajamahendravaram, St. Theresa College, Eluru, and Dr. CSN College, Bhimavaram. He advised the students who passed the entrance to log on www.aknudoa.in or www.nannayauniversity.info for more information.

Girl students outshined boys, said the Vice-Chancellor.

To a question, he said the response was good to new courses like IACGA (international academy of computer graphics and animation).
