Adrenaline rush marks ‘Thums Up’ obstacle course

May 02, 2016 12:00 am | Updated 05:48 am IST - TIRUPATI:

It was a refreshingly-new experience for the participants at the mobile obstacle course race conducted for the first time in Tirupati on Sunday. Under the banner of ‘Thums Up Thunder Challenge’, the event was conducted at Nehru Municipal Corporation High School grounds, in which a large number of youths participated. Designed as an ultimate test of strength, stamina and mental grit, the event was earlier held in Warangal, Rajamahendravaram and Visakhapatnam, while the grand finale will be held at Hyderabad on May 8. The six obstacles included climbing seven-foot high walls, 12-foot high ropes, barbed wire crawls, tyre walls, cargo net climb and traversing the monkey bars. The lucky winners stand a chance to meet and share their Toofani stories with Super Star Mahesh Babu in Hyderabad.
