The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) has found disproportionate assets worth Rs. 2.5 crore during searches conducted on various premises belonging to former Tahsildar of Kallur in Kurnool district T. Anjana Devi in Kurnool and Guntur districts on Sunday.

In a press release on Monday, the ACB officials said she was arrested on charges of possessing disproportionate assets to her known sources of income. The assets found included one two-storeyed building, two houses, one timber depot, 800 grams of gold jewellers, silver articles, a Tata Sumo, a Indigo car, a Santro car, two motorbikes and other household articles.

She was produced in the Special Court for SPE&ACB Cases here on Monday.
