VIJAYAWADA: Nizamabad MP K. Kavitha has supported the demand for Special Category Status (SCS) to Andhra Pradesh

It was the responsibility of the Central government to keep its promise, she told the media here before proceeding to take part in the National Women’s Parliament (NWP) at Pavitra Sangamam.

Ms. Kavitha said it was imperative that the Central government should deliver all its commitments to A.P.

“We express our solidarity with the people of A.P. Though we have separated as two States, people are one and we insist that their wishes are fulfilled by the Central government,” she observed.
