NELLORE: Youth and students from various educational institutions in the city took out a motorbike rally on the Trunk Road on Sunday to extend their greetings and good wishes to the space scientists ahead of the historic PSLV C-37 launch on Wednesday.

They raised slogans and said the launch on February 15 at Sriharikota was going to be a matter of pride for India as the scientists would be sending 104 satellites into space, a record breaking event in the world.

Speaking before flagging off the rally, Mayor Abdul Aziz said it was indeed a great occasion to celebrate for all the countrymen that the scientists of the Indian Space Research Organisation were going to make a mark in the world.

He said even America had not taken up such an ambitious project of sending 104 satellites till now.
