As many as 16 huts were destroyed in a fire accident that took at Ramavaram village of Anaparthy mandal in East Godavari district on Sunday. However, no causalities were reported. The incident took place around 1 p.m. in the Ramavaram SC Colony and most of the residents were outside by the time of the fire. A couple of cooking gas cylinders was exploded in the fire and all the 16 huts were completely destroyed. The cause of fire was yet to be known. A case was registered and investigation was on.
