Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday night said there were some leads to the Wednesday's terror attack outside the Delhi High Court.
Replying to a question by journalists accompanying him from Dhaka, Dr. Singh said the government had put in place several mechanisms and “innovative measures” but “there are obviously unresolved problems and weaknesses in our system and the terrorists are taking advantage of that… We must work hard to plug those weaknesses.” He said he was confident that “this is a war that we will and must win.”
