Amid tight security, another batch of 450 pilgrims on Wednesday left for the Amarnath yatra from here, police said.
As many as 271 men, 82 women, 7 children and 90 sadhus left from the Bhagwati Nagar base camp here around 0445 hours this morning in a cavalcade of 12 vehicles for the 13,500-feet high cave shrine situated in south Kashmir Himalayas.
With Wednesday’s batch, as many as 77,159 pilgrims have left Jammu in 35th batches for their onward journey to the cave shrine.
