The fourth long-playing record, out of the five, made by Mrs. M. S. Subbulakshmi as a dedication to Lord Venkateswara, was released here this evening by H. H. Sri B. P. Yati Maharaj of Gaudiya Math. The concluding hymn in the present disc is "Sikshashtakam" of Sri Chaitanya and hence fittingly, the function was held at the Math. The record was also released at 10 other centres in the country.

The first record in the Sri Venkateswara (Balaji) Pancharatna Mala contains the compositions of Annamacharya. The second has other compositions of the bard and hymns of Peyazhwar and Rajaji on Govinda. The third has songs of Jayadeva, Tulsidas and other saints. The fourth volume, includes stotras of Sankara. Ramanuia and Madhwa and of Sringeri and Kanchi acharyas. The entire project is sponsored by the T.T. Devasthanams in association with the Gramophone Company of India, Mr. P. Mangapathi, Recording Officer, welcomed the gathering.

The released records were received by Dr. T. M. P. Mahadevan, Mr. S. V. Narasimhan, Semmangudi Srinivasa Aiyar, Mr. R. L. Narasimhan and Mr. K. S. Aiyar. Swami Yati Maharaj praised the service rendered by Mrs. Subbulakshmi and Mr. T. Sadasivam in spreading devotion. "Let these songs and stotras in praise of God bring spiritual benefit to all and make them God-conscious," he said.
