Britain’s National Crime Agency says he is free on bail until February.

A British man has been arrested and charged with hacking into computer systems of the U.S. Army, NASA and other federal agencies.

A grand jury in Newark, New Jersey, says in an indictment that 28-year-old Lauri Love of Stradishall, England, and his partners stole information about government employees.

Prosecutors say the purpose was “to disrupt the operations and infrastructure” of the Federal Government.

Love was arrested on Friday at his home about 112 km north of London.

Britain’s National Crime Agency says he is free on bail until February.
