U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder says he hopes that the people responsible for the WikiLeaks disclosures of classified information are brought to justice.

The attorney general made the comment after a meeting of European Union law enforcement partners on cybersecurity and other topics.

Mr. Holder said the participants at Thursday’s meeting at the Justice Department had informal discussions about WikiLeaks and the concern that disclosures of classified materials raise.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano was the other U.S. official in the discussions. She said the European Union and the U.S. are coordinating to protect vital cybernetworks from attacks.
