U.K. clears Ramdev after questioning

September 22, 2013 02:17 am | Updated June 02, 2016 02:05 pm IST - London:

Yoga guru Ramdev was on Saturday cleared by U.K. authorities following a second round of questioning at Heathrow Airport here even as he suspected that the Indian government may have “misguided” British officials leading to his over six-hour detention a day before.

Though U.K. immigration cleared Ramdev and allowed him to carry on with his programmes in Britain, the yoga guru said he was not given any reason for his detention on Friday.
