A Thai appeals court has ruled to extradite suspected Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout to the United States.

Friday’s decision overturns a lower court’s rejection of the extradition request.

The court said the extradition must take place within three months.

Bout, a 43—year—old former Soviet air force officer, is reputed to be one of the world’s most prolific arms dealers.
