Two Pakistan Air Force (PAF) pilots were killed on Tuesday when their plane crashed into a bus terminal in Karachi.

It went down in the Baldia Town area of the city during a routine training mission, a spokesman said.

“Pakistan Air Force informs with deep sorrow and grief that two pilots embraced martyrdom in the aircraft crash,” Air Commodore Tariq Mahmood said in a statement.

He named the victims as Wing Commander Khurram Sammad and Squadron Leader Umair Elahi.
