Northern Province Chief Minister C.V. Wigneswaran and Leader of Opposition in the Northern Provincial Council S. Thavarasa on Wednesday came together to demand a “full-fledged Commission of Inquiry” into the recent clash between two groups of students at the University of Jaffna.
