Manny Roth, founder of Café Wha?, dead at 94

Manny Roth, founder of the Greenwich Village club Cafş Wha?, has died.

Roth, who gave early breaks to such future superstars as Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix and Bruce Springsteen, died July 25 at age 94. His daughter, Jodi Roth, said he died of natural causes at his home in Ojai, California.
