A man who allegedly threatened to decapitate Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (Democrat-Hawaii) has been sent to jail by a U.S. court. Aniruddha Sherbow (42) made two threats to murder her earlier this month, according to newly unsealed court documents. Sherbow appeared in court in San Diego on Saturday and was ordered to remain in jail for now. He is scheduled to have another court hearing on September 12 and officials want him transferred to the District of Columbia for trial. An affidavit said that she had been getting harassing messages from him since 2011. Sherbow was arrested at Tijuana in Mexico on Wednesday and then turned over to FBI in San Diego.
