Seven persons, including three children, were killed when a landslip buried a village in western Nepal after incessant rain on Monday night.

The seven, missing after the landslip in Bajura district, were found dead on Tuesday morning.

One person was rescued alive, Republica.com reported. Rescue teams were sent to the area, Chief District Officer Yogendra Prasad Pandeya said. Rescue operations were hampered by continuous rain.
