France’s Foreign Ministry says it is considering all options, including no—fly zones, to end the crisis in Libya.

Ministry spokesman Bernard Valero says “we want to put everything in place to get out of the crisis.”

He told a briefing on Tuesday that Libyan leader Moammar Qadhafi “keeps shooting his own people.”

He said France is considering “all options,” including no—fly zones over Libya.

Mr. Valero gave no further details about a U.N. resolution that Britain and France are drafting that would establish a no—fly zone over Libya to prevent Qadhafi’s air force from bombing civilians and rebels fighting to oust him from power.

French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe spoke on Monday with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about Libya.
